Joachim Langenwalter studied aeronautical engineering in Munich in 1993. After that he worked in the Electronic Design Automation industry at Synopsys, Mentor Graphics and Mathworks for 20 years. He covered development and deployment of EE architecture, Harness, ECU, SoC, operating systems and full application development for the automotive industry. Then he joint in 2015 NVIDIA being responsible for all the Software deliveries to the automotive OEMs and Supplier in Cockpit and Autonomous driving until 2019. From there he went to Stellantis running all engineering for hardware and software for the new SW entity covering EE architecture, ECU, user experience, autonomous driving, cockpit, connectivity, connected services for 14 car brands. He build the whole worldwide organization from scratch and the partnerships with Qualcomm, Amazon, Foxconn and Vector among several others.
