[Partnervortrag] Industrial AI Reinvention - the lifecycle unbundling:
why SDV and AI end the era of paying for your own engineering data.

Software-defined vehicles and industrial AI change the nature of product lifecycle management: from sequential document releases to a dynamic Product Thread that stitches requirements, CAD, E/E, software, mechanics, and field data across the lifecycle into product context that agents can understand and that you can trust. Today that data sits fragmented across dozens of tools, coordinated by human triage.

Agentic engineering has lowered the cost of creating software. And the more open, dynamic, and multi-vendor the application landscape gets, the more many legacy PLM vendors try to lock in.

T-Systems and SPREAD present their industrial AI-native approach to lifecycle modernization: overlay and evolve. As a “buy and build” motion, it connects fragmented systems immediately, agentifies engineering workflows and retires the legacy without multi-year migration #FreePLM
