Michael Kämper is Senior Director Architectures EMEAR at Cisco, based in Munich. He started his Cisco career as an Engineer in Cisco Germany in 1999 supporting SW Automation and Wireless systems. Throughout the years, Michael led technical architectures and teams in Sales, Strategic Alliances, M&A and Services. Being the bridge in between business and technology is the red line along his professional career. With his transformational and disruptive mindset, he demonstrates strong leadership in complex, cross-functional, cross-cultural engagements in Enterprise and Service Provider markets around the globe. With two decades of experience in managing large workforces and complex Architectures, he has a unique blend of leadership, vision and knowledge. Michael holds a Dipl.Ing. degree in “Automation and Electronic Engineering” from the Hochschule Bochum and is currently part of the “Steuerkreis” of AppliedAI UnternehmerTUM Munich.
